Cody Wei is an Associate Valuation Manager at RNA Advisors, contributing to the firm’s valuation and strategic advisory initiatives within the life sciences sector. He brings over a decade of experience spanning academic and industry-based clinical research, biotechnology operations, and healthcare investment analysis. Mr. Wei specializes in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, with particular expertise in oncology, including CAR-T cell therapies and hematology-oncology, as well as therapeutics and vaccine development.
Prior to joining RNA Advisors, Mr. Wei was co-founder of Infilia Bio, an early-stage biotechnology company focused on developing CAR-T solid tumor platforms. His experience includes driving cross-functional due diligence for clinical asset in-licensing across both venture capital and private settings.
Earlier in his career, he specialized in clinical data strategy and operational excellence within Global Product Development at Pfizer, where he led data management teams for pivotal Phase III COVID-19 and RSV vaccine trials. He also managed clinical data and regulatory operations for pediatric and oncology trials at the University of Utah Data Coordinating Center and UCLA Hematology-Oncology.
Mr. Wei holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a BS in Integrative Biology and Physiology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
